We accept returns & exchange of items and services that are in new condition, unaltered, in original package and free of damages by the customer within 3 days only.
For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item or schedule a pick-up (only available in New York City / Brooklyn, Queens) within 3 days from the receipt of the original order.
Items and services cannot be returned or exchanged after 3 days from the receipt of the original order.
The installation / shipping / delivery fee and any applicable expenses for the first setup are not refundable.
All free or rented (leased) equipment must be returned at the end of the service period.
Upon the first activation, the client acknowledges that he\she has read and understood the above policies and procedures in their entirety and agrees to abide by them.
